Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Treadmills -This limited warranty is only valid to Orbit Health & Fitness Solutions (Pty) Ltd treadmills, (which is recognised by the Orbit logo which is displayed on the products and which is also listed in our product list). This warranty shall not be valid, if the conditions below are not met throughout the warranty period.
All other products supplied will have details of their individual warranty within the owner’s manual for each product. Typically all products will have a minimum limited 1 years warranty, for further information on warranties please contact us. Every product purchased must be registered with the manufacturer, details of which will be supplied with each product.
Conditions
1. Warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
2. This warranty excludes malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, incorrect assembly or alteration by any person.
3. Warranty covers labour, running mat, deck and plastic moulding for 1 year, all other parts 2 years, except motor which has a conditional Lifetime warranty (see Service Sheet)
4. A tax invoice as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
5. Costs to transport the product to and from the service centre will be borne by the customer.
6. On-site warranty repairs will incur a call-out fee (only available in capital cities)
7. This warranty extends to consumer use only and is void when the product is used for commercial, institutional, or hire use.
8. For all enquiries regarding warranties after registration contact 1300 134 213 & ask for the Service Division
9. All manufacturer warranties are non-transferable.
10. The manufacturer will endeavour to repair the product within the warranty period, failing that Orbit Health & Fitness Solutions (Pty) Ltd will replace with the same or equivalent replacement product.
11. Refunds will not be offered except where Orbit Health & Fitness Solutions (Pty) Ltd has failed to remedy the defect through repair or replacement.
